Angeles Mediation is a subsidiary of Mark K. Baumann, Attorney at Law P.S. Mark has practiced law in Port Angeles and western Washington since 1988. In the first 10 years of his practice he worked in a broad range of legal areas, including business, business start-ups, real estate, criminal, bankruptcy, consumer protection and probate law. Since 1998, Mark has specialized in family law which includes divorce, custody, support, and property division.
Also in 1998, Mark began studying high conflict cases, including how to understand the dynamics and how to help people resolve these cases. Angeles Mediation was an outgrowth of this effort, as is his Conflict Science Institute.
Mark now mediates and arbitrates family, business and employment cases. He does in-person work in Port Angeles, Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula, and the Greater Puget Sound area. He does online-remote work for cases anywhere in the United States. His goal is to help people find ways to resolve their conflict without having to undergo the brutal and expensive experience of protracted litigation.
